BUSINESS LOANS
If you want a business loan without offering security, an unsecured business loan might be just what you’re looking for. An unsecured business loan is a loan that doesn’t require security. It can be a great funding option for businesses that don’t own many assets and businesses that would prefer not to offer security, or any company that’s growing fast and needs finance quickly.
You can borrow unsecured loan amounts from £5,000 up to £500,000.
Examples of what business loans are used for include:
- Cash flow boost
- Contracts and projects
- One-off costs
- Premises expenses
- Grow your business
- Refurbish premises
- Buy new assets
- Deposit for commercial mortgage
- Manage uncertainty
- Payment of tax bills
- Refinancing existing unsecured borrowing
Personal guarantees:
Our lenders will only take a personal guarantee and there is no debenture required. Personal guarantee is a written promise to repay a business loan if the company borrowing the money defaults. It’s because lenders like a certain amount of assurance that the money they loan will be paid back, regardless of circumstances. When someone offers their personal guarantee on a loan, they are effectively committing to honour the terms of the loan, highlighting and underlining that a business owner is honest and responsible.
If you are looking to set up a new business this solution may not be right for you but there may be other ways we can help.
If you own your own home or another property we have lenders who can assist with loans for start-up businesses secured against one of these properties.
You may also want to explore the Government backed Start-up loan with free business support. Through this scheme, you could borrow up to £25000 to kick-start your new business for 1-5 years and at a fixed interest rate of 6%.
